ILION - 2008 is almost here and that means the Village of Ilion wants you to help ring in the New Year with its second annual ball drop The ball will be dropped from about 80 feet in the air Ilion firefighters will be responsible for making sure it hits the ground and lights up exactly at the stroke of midnight
